Cedar Valley Communications provides local service at all of the same locations as the United Telephone Company, providing you with a local alternative. If you are located in Henderson, Kaufman, or Anderson County, you may be able to get our most popular local telephone service package - which includes call waiting, call forwarding, and 3-way calling - for as little as $19.99 per month for residential service and $19.99 per month for business service depending on your specific location. In the rest of our service areas, the price for local phone service without add-ons (like voice mail or caller ID) ranges from $14.20 to $25.20 per month for residences and $30.50 to $48.35 per month for businesses, excluding taxes, zone charges, and subscriber line charges and depending upon your exact location. Throughout our service areas, we also provide discounted local phone service, which we call our "lifeline service", to qualifying low income residents. Our lifeline service customers also receive discounted installation.
